Hey y’all! My name is Angie Esqueda and I’m a Senior from Las Vegas, Nevada. I am a Business Admin major with a minor In communications, marketing, and leadership studies. I am a part of Doane’s softball team, a CAPE peer educator, directions mentor a student ambassador, and a member of PC ’20. Since being at Doane I’ve been able to meet great people and have an opportunity to continue my athletic career. I did not plan to join Greek Life in the beginning, but here I am, enjoying the time I have had so far. |
Hello! My name is Stephanie Wright. I am a senior Music Education and Vocal Performance double major from Petersburg, Nebraska and I am the current Greek Council Representative for Chi Delta Sorority. I joined this sorority in 2020 and I have loved getting to know these beautiful humans that I get to call my sisters! Some of my best memories from my time at Doane were made with people from this group! Other than Chi Delta, I am involved in Doane Choir, Concert Band, Jazz Unlimited, and Aspiring Educators. My favorite pastimes include reading, making music, wearing fuzzy socks, napping, and watching Netflix. I get to student teach at Malcolm Public Schools with K-12 vocal music kiddos which is an exciting and rewarding experience. Hi! My name is Elizabeth Lewandowski, and I'm a senior from Lincoln, Nebraska. I am majoring in elementary education with an endorsement in early childhood. At Doane, I am involved in the concert band where I play clarinet, and I also play piano. I love spending time with friends and family, watching movies, yoga, and chai tea lattes. Joining Chi Delta has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I adore my sisters, and I love the support and love we give each other. |
Hello beautiful humans! My name is PJ! I am a Senior from Waverly, Nebraska and I study Professional Studio Arts with a minor in Gender Studies. This year I am President of the LGBTQIA+ club on campus called PRISM, a graphic designer for both the Doane Owl Newspaper and Greek Life/Doane etc, I’m in GUILD and the Doane Choir! Some things I enjoy doing is (obviously) art in any form, playing ukulele, crocheting, thrifting, gardening, and playing video games for maybe way too long… Within Chi Delta I received the great honor in being the Merchandise Chair this year as I love creating designs and love seeing my siblings wearing it! I am also apart of the magnificent and spontaneous PC ‘20. I’ve always wanted a group of humans to share my love with and not only have I found that, but I’ve found a home with my siblings. Hey besties! My name is Victoria Mannel and I am apart of PC ‘22. I am from Gering/Scotsbluff NE and I am the Alumni Chair for Chi Delta. I am also a Pole Vaulter on the Doane Track and Field team! I am a psychology major and absolutely love it. One of my favorite things about college overall has been this sorority. This is the family away from home i’ve been waiting for and I am so grateful to be surrounded by girls who make me a better version of the person I want to be. Besides this sorority, I am passionate about women empowerment, standing up against S/A, and cows. CDL<3 |
Hi friends!! My name is Elly Weimer and I am a sophomore Music Education major from Sidney, NE. I am a part of the amazing PC’22. I am in Doane Choir, NAfME, MTNA, a CAPE Peer Educator, an Orientation Leader, a Teacher’s Assistant for my freshman LAR professor, and obviously Chi Delta Sorority. I love dancing, traveling, and meeting new people. A fun fact about me is that I am absolutely PETRIFIED of Peacocks. My goal after graduation is to be teaching K-12 or 6-12 Vocal and General Music at a smaller school in Western Nebraska. This year, I am the webmaster for Chi Delta and I am loving it! I think it is so awesome being able to showcase all the wonderful things our amazing members are up to. My favorite memory so far from this group is the last night of Greek Week. It was so cool to be so bonded to my sisters and getting to cross the bridge with my new best friends. I love Chi Delta for so many reasons. I love that everyone is able to be 100% themselves, that we are diverse and love each other unconditionally. Throughout the rush process and up to now, I have always felt wanted with this group of humans and I no longer feel like a burden. They all changed my college experience and I am forever grateful for the humans I met in this group. So much CDL <3
Hello! My name is Victoria Foster and I’m from Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a Senior at Doane this year majoring in Biology. I’m a part of PC’ 20. Other things I’m involved in on campus are the cheer team and band! One of my hobbies is watching Netflix. I LOVE Grey’s Anatomy and I’m currently on Season 13! Hi! I'm Olivia Kreikemeier and I'm a senior music education major from Waverly, Nebraska. I'm involved in concert band, jazz band, pep band, doane choir, NAfME, and of course Chi Delta (PC '20). I am very excited this year because I have the opportunity to act as the band president for this school year. Some things about myself are that I love to read (my favorite series is "Throne of Glass" by Sarah J. Maas), I watch a lot of hulu and netflix, and I love to bake! I joined Chi Delta because everyone in this group is so genuine and kind. I've never met so many people that I'm this comfortable around, I'm so grateful for all the strong and empowering women of Chi Delta that help me every day to be a more confident person. I know I will have friendships for the rest of my life with so many of these amazing women! |
Hello! my name is Rowan Jolkowski, my pronouns are they/ them, and I am from Omaha Nebraska. I'm a part of PC '22, I'm a sophomore psychology major with an English wring minor and a certificate in humanities. I love plants and animals, I love to sew and embroider, paint, read, and thrift. A fun fact about me is that I was adopted on Halloween. I am very passionate about just being a good person and standing up for people who need a little extra help. A goal I have for this year is to maintain my GPA from last semester and to hopefully someday become someone who helps people by counseling. I am a part of the sunshine committee this year and also the social committee. I look forward to rush this year and my favorite chi delta memory so far is hanging out with my new PC members on the afternoon of bid day. I love Chi delta because we are a bunch of wonderful humans that share certain values like academic integrity, serving the community, and being a weird bunch of people together. Chi Delta has made me feel like I have people supporting me no matter what. |

I’m involved in music and theater at Doane. Some of my hobbies include pageants, dance, and a good book! I love Chi Delta because every member’s individuality is represented and respected! |
I am Tasha Pedersen, I am from Wilber Nebraska and a part of PC 22, I am a sophomore majoring in special education, and elementary education. I am involved in the Hansen Leadership program, Doane Concert, and Pep Band, and I am a work-study student for the Art and Ed building. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, writing, being outdoors, traveling, and volunteering throughout the community. A fun fact about me is that I have traveled to Memphis Tennessee and got the opportunity to tour Graceland. I absolutely love getting to meet new people, learning, and trying new things. One of my biggest dreams is to travel to another country and be a part of helping set up and establish schools. I am on a couple of committees in the group and am looking forward to getting involved, and helping out on and off campus. My favorite memory so far has probably been our PC hangouts. I love Chi Delta because our group has done so many things that have impacted so many people, and makes a positive influence everywhere. Chi Delta has introduced me to so many incredible people and has given me so many opportunities to learn more about not only myself but all of the incredible people involved in Greek Life. |
Hey! My name is Dani Avalos. I am a junior from Council Bluffs Iowa majoring in Spanish and Psychology with minors in Leadership and Sociology. I am actively a member of the pep and concert band, the forensics team, DULSA, and I recently joined Chi Delta in PC '21! In my free time I enjoy listening to music, painting, and watching Friends. I am hoping that after I graduate I can find a job helping teens through the TRiO upward bound programs that helped me throughout high school. Before this past year, I would never have seen myself joining a sorority, but the Chi Delts give off a kind and positive energy that simply can’t be replicated and that leaves you aching to be a part of them. |
Hello! My name is Sophia Coniglio and I am a Senior Vocal Performance major from Omaha, Nebraska. I have the pleasure of being a part of Chi Delta PC' 21 and was their Song Leader. Besides Chi Delta I am involved in Doane Choir as President, Concert Band, Jazz Unlimited, and Doane PRISM as Vice President. In my free time I enjoy listening to various types of music and collecting. A fun fact about me is that I received second place in a statewide singing competition. Something I am looking forward to as a member of Chi Delta is all the new relationships I will make with my sisters |
Hello! I’m Anna Harveson and I’m a junior music education major from Scottsbluff, NE. I’m a part of PC 21’. Outside of Chi Delta, I’m involved in Doane choir, band, pep band, and theatre. Some of my favorite hobbies include painting and baking. I have a rubber ducky collection that I’m very proud of, and I started in 2017. I love music and theatre and I especially enjoy sharing that love and passion with children. I hope one day I can run a children’s theatre. I really want to create a space where students can express and find themselves through music and theatre in a safe, positive and encouraging environment. This year in Chi Delta I’m really looking forward to rush season, and spending more time with my sisters. I'm the rush chair and I'm so excited to plan the parties and meet new faces! My favorite memory so far has been bid morning my sophomore year, and bonding with my mom during weeks. I also really enjoyed the conversations my PC and I had while working on crafts and other activities. I love Chi Delta because everyone is always so supportive and loving and I love that I can be a part of such an amazing group. I looked on in awe at all the humans with the green jackets, and I’m so proud to be a Chi Delt. :) |
Hiya! My name is Kinsey Knorr, and I am a Junior Music Education and Vocal Performance Double Major from Lincoln, Nebraska. I am blessed to be a member of the beautiful PC'21 and am the Social Chair for Chi Delta. Along with Greek Life, I am involved in Doane's amazing Music and Theatre departments and am an orientation leader and ambassador. Besides college life, I have a job at the Lincoln Children's Zoo, frequently sing in services at my church, and am a big fan of Musical Theatre, Marvel, and all things Disney. This year, I am looking forward to getting even closer with all my sisters, and be able to help host and prepare all of the wonderful Chi Delta social events. I am so proud to be a part of the pride! |
Hey there! My name is Rachel and I am a junior Exercise Science major with emphasis in Physical Therapy. I am from Omaha, NE and am a member of PC‘21. On campus, I am involved in Concert Band as a percussionist and Chi Delta, where I am part of the social chair and rush committees. Outside of school, I work at a canine rehabilitation clinic (my dream job!!) and enjoy going to concerts, hanging out at the lake, and playing with my two dogs in my free time. Being a member of Chi Delta has introduced me to some of the greatest friends I’ll ever have :) |

Hey everyone I'm Raven Ovens. I am originally from Omaha Nebraska and in Chi Delta Pledge class 21. I am a junior with a major in English Language Arts and Education. I am involved in both the choir and theater department here at Doane and love it so much. Some of my favorite pastimes are hanging out and spending time with my members, reading, writing, and watching horror movies. However, my goal in life is to be a high school English teacher. On campus, I am involved in the choir and theater program. I love being able to help others achieve the goals and dreams they have. A fun fact about me is that I am partly deaf in my left ear and know sign language.My favorite memory so far was during weeks of getting to know my new sisters and bonding over not knowing what to do. I love Chi Delta for its sisterhood and love. |
My name is Kamryn Plock and I'm from Lincoln, NE. I'm majoring in computer science with a minor in software development. I'm a member of PC '21 and I'm 100% a cat person. I have 2 cats, Basil and Soup. One of my future goals is to be a software developer someday. I'm already working towards that by finding amazing experiences around me. I had the opportunity to work for Hyland Software as a cloud developer intern in the summer of 2022. Here's to more adventures! |

I’m a junior double majoring in Music education and Vocal Performance with a minor in Leadership, and I have such a great time doing so! I have three jobs on campus! I’m a CAPE Peer Educator, a Doane Leadership Educator, and I am in music work study. I also get the chance to be a part of so many amazing groups like the Directions Program, Doane Choir, NAfME, and in Chi Delta as the Sergeant of Arms! Some things that make up my wacky personality are my love for cats, late nights in a practice room, sushi, and of course the Beatles:) Since I was young, music has been the biggest thing to define me and bring everyone I love together, so come to me about anything music related, and we can talk all night! What really stands out to me about Chi Delta is the woman empowerment and overall strength we build in each other. It is exactly what I needed in my life and I truly feel supported by these individuals every day. |
Hey there! My name is Olivia McBeth, and I am a senior from Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a music education and violin performance double major with a minor in psychology. My dream is to become either an elementary music teacher or a middle school orchestra director. I am a part of PC '20! Outside of Chi Delta Sorority, I am also involved in Concert Band, Collegiate Chorale, Chamber Strings, ResLife (I am a CA in Frees), Doane CRU, NAfME, and the Tiger Mentorship Program. Off campus, I am the Assistant General Manager (AGM) at one of the Dairy Queen locations in Lincoln. I teach private lessons occasionally, and I am an active member of my church. When I can find the time to unwind, I like to pass the time by playing my instruments, playing video games, doing anything artsy, spending time outdoors, and watching Netflix. Here are some super fun facts about me: I can play 11 instruments, I am a huge fan of The Beatles and AJR, I am obsessed with tea (one might say I'm a teaholic), I collect vinyl records, and I have a pet corn snake named Tetra. Chi Delta has provided me with a home on campus. The connections I have with each of these humans are something I cherish with my whole heart, and I wouldn't trade for the world. Throughout my time in this group, I have been pushed to do better and have grown tremendously. Because of this group, I am a little stronger and a little more confident in all that I do. My favorite memories include rush season, Homecoming, and all the service projects we've participated in. I'm so excited to see what this year has in store for not only me but for my sisters as well. Hello! My name is Torie Tucker and I’m from Sterling, Nebraska. I am a sophomore who is a double major in Psychology and Sociology with an emphasis in criminology while also minoring in English. I am also a proud member of PC ‘21. Other than Chi Delta, I am a part of the honors program and choir. After Doane, I am planning on working with juvenile delinquents when I graduate. A couple of my favorite hobbies are reading, watching movies, and hanging out with my animals. When I first came to the virtual open house, I knew I found my home away from home with these kind, smart, amazing women that I’m lucky enough to call my sisters. |
Hello, everyone! I’m a sophmore theatre major from the tiny town of Ulysses, KS. At Doane, I am involved in choir, Doane Players, the Honors Program, the honor society Alpha Lambda Delta, and (obviously) all the shows and goings on in the theatre department. Outside of school, I enjoy reading fantasy romance books, writing songs, and playing with my two dogs. A couple of fun facts about me are: I can do a spot on Barbie impression (from the older movies) and I was born in the town that The Wizard of Oz is based on. And one last fun fact: I joined Chi Delta with PC ’22 and could not have been happier with that decision! With Chi Delta, I’ve found a wonderful home away from home that has given a great place where I never have to fear being completely myself and am able to grow with a tremendous support system behind me.
Hey there! My name is Alexis McDaniel-Gates and I am a sophomore Theater major from San Diego California. I am a member of PC '22. I am loving my time as an active member in this sorority and am involved in a lot of the committees. I am really looking forward to experience No Means 'NO'vember as it has such a powerful message. My dream is to become a professional actress in movies. I love to hang out with my friends and family and going to the beach to surf and spend the day there. I am also a huge Marvel movies fan and am obsessed with the show Stranger Things.
